Holiday Never too long - Road trip from 20th Dec to 30th Dec 2013 - Day 9

Today is the last day in KL and I told kids I need to do some shopping, we bought pants and Rayen's some clothes.

We go to Long de zhuan ren for lunch and say goodbye to Sunway lagoon.  We will come back again when Rayen is 140cm so that she is able to play all the game in the theme park.

Seremban is about 1.5hr away from KL, we stay in Bintang Royal and dear book the wrong date but they are kind enough to change to the correct date for us without additional cost.  We paid 240rm for a room with 1 extra bed.

Seremban is a small town and I asked the kids whether to eat in the restaurant or in our room, they choose to eat our room so we order 4 dishes and drive back quickly after a swim in their pool.

Their famous dish is BBQ crab we ordered 1kg which is 65rm with all the rest of the item it cost us 100rm.

Holiday Never too long - Road trip from 20th Dec to 30th Dec 2013 - Day 8

Today is theme park day 8)

We wake up early for breakfast as the receptionist warn us the crowd might be overwhelming.

My kids love cereals and they only eat cereal during holiday.

After breakfast we let Justen try their ice skating and Rayen and we watch him playing while eating ice cream 8)

After around 10am, we went back to the room and proceed to the park, kids are too happy with all the facilities that they almost forget about safety, so Rayen felt into water and Justen hit on some rough surface and injured himself a little.

We have fun at the wave pool while J and Daddy go to play those challenging slide.

After playing for about 3 hours we proceed to change at their wash room and have BK burger for lunch.

Kids have good time at their Pets Corner and they also enjoy swing on the hanging bridge.

We finished all the game by 4 and proceed to watch 2 shows which we only have little time to call room service for dinner before the 2nd show start.  Btw we only spent 72RM for 4 person for the 2 shows.

Kids fallen asleep halfway after the late night show but they already on their PJ we just brought them back to the room after the show.

Sunway lagoon is so nice to prepare us a cake and upgrade our room to theme park view, BTW there isn't any additional cost for adding 1 more bed for Justen.

We bought krispy kreme in the mall with no Q and it only costs 15rm for 6 assorted doughnut.

Kids requested to order room service for their dinner and I order food from Long de zhuan ren.

Kids are happy with their food and we are happy with ours too...

Holiday Never too long - Road trip from 20th Dec to 30th Dec 2013 - Day 7

We left Penang today as will be driving down to KL for a 2 nights stay in Sunway Lagoon.

Kids are very happy about it and Meimei sleep most of the time inside the car.  We reached KL at around 2pm after 4 hrs of driving.

 Kids love to jump on the bed and we are given with free upgrade with theme park view...

 We took pizza for lunch and go for bowling and Archery after the lunch.

After all the fun, I wanted dear to go back for a rest and both kids play in the tub, I heard Justen shouted and saw my girl holding a broken glass in the washroom.  5 of her fingers are injured but she is very happy when I told her will get her pretty plaster later.

Her Xmas wishes is to put on make up so I put some eye shadow and lipstick and she is a happy girl.

 We had dinner at the Hotel Restaurant Fusion, there are a lot of selection on food and we only paying 160rm after 20% discount.

 Kids love their White Chocolate Fondue.

Holiday Never too long - Road trip from 20th Dec to 30th Dec 2013 - Day 2

We had a good night sleep at the One Aveune Hotel (100RM) per night, good place for a stop over with security and not a very busy town near to 1 Utama Shopping Mall.

I choose Nasi Lemak for breakfast on the 2nd day.  Heard that this shop is very popular and we can see it is with their crowd but they are efficient on servicing us.  I love their chicken drum-let the most tender and hot.  Chili are sweet spicy.  Sambal prawn and crispy potato ikan also good.

 We shop at 1 Utama for a few hours before heading our journey to Ipoh.  Drinking this milk shake make me think of my darlings...

Before the journey we stop at Toast ans Roast for our lunch, we reached at 2.30pm and all their famous Cha Xiu are sold out.

 Took some picture while waiting for our bowl of noodle, yes we shared our food as bf haven't digested yet.

We reached Ipoh after 2.5hrs driving and reached Ipoh Down-town hotel around 5pm.  Took a nap and proceed for dinner.  We walk there as our hotel are near to most of the famous food here.

Famous chicken and Hor Fun with chubby "Dou Ya".  Their Hor Fun is good

 2nd restaurant we visited after sharing our dinner is Teck Kee, initially when I see their menu I am like there are not much selection.  Only a few kind of "chu chao" nothing special, but when I start eat "drink their Hor Fun then I know what is good Hor Fun.  It is so smooth and although I am a bit full I feel like order another bowl.

We went back to the hotel after dinner as a local uncle who is very friendly telling us not to stay up too late in Ipoh as it is not safe anymore.
