Lou Ba - 卤肉

Belly Meat
Seasons with - Black Soya Sauce, light Soya Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Corn Flour, 5 Spices Powder.
Add oil to pot, throw in a few garlic, add the season meat into the pot and stir fried for a while add in those reminding sauce to the pot and put it to boil, add in some more water transfer the whole pot to slow cooker and cook until meat are cooked, Add in other ingredient like eggs and bean curd.

Add more corn flour if the sauce is not thick and add some oyster sauce for better taste.
