Butter Cake with Fresh Cream



Yeah so happy to be able to make this rich and moist Butter cake for the 1st time... Easy and simply delicious 8)



I got the recipe from baking mom but since there isn't a lot of people in my house I cut the ingredient by half :-



butter 125gm
sugar 100gm
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essense
3/8 cup of Evapourate Milk
150gm of Self Raising Flour

Mix butter with sugar until fluffy
add egg one at a time
and add vanilla essense and milk mix everything well
fold in Flour...

Temp 160°C for 1hr
